Qatar Visa

Citizens of more than 80 countries may travel to UAE for 30 days or 90 days without a visa, depending on their nationality. The embassies and consulates of Qatar process visa applications for foreign nationals who wish to visit Qatar.

90 days visit eligibility

Holders of passports issued by the following countries or regions are visa exempt for visits to Qatar for up to 90 days: Antigua and Barbuda, Armenia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and Ukraine.

30 days visit eligibility

Holders of passports issued by the following countries or regions are visa exempt for visits to Qatar for up to 30 days: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Georgia, Guyana, Hong Kong - China, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Maldives, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, North Macedonia, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Russia, San Marino, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Suriname, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Vatican City, and Venezuela.

GCC citizens

GCC citizens (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates) may obtain a GCC Resident visit visa on arrival in Qatar.

Visa on arrival

Citizens of India, Iran, Macau, Pakistan, and Taiwan can obtain a visa on arrival, valid for a stay period of up to 30 days in Qatar.

Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA)

Individuals who are not eligible for visa-free entry, but hold residence permits or visas from either Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the Schengen countries, the UK, the USA, or the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council can obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation for up to 30 days.

Online Tourist Visa

Individuals who are not eligible for visa-free entry or ETA can apply for a Tourist Visa online through the Qatar Airways website.
